Working with Dann to find our new home was truly enjoyable. My husband and I originally couldn't agree on an area to buy other than, east of the cities. He wanted to be north...I wanted to be south. He had a very different idea than mine, of what our next home would look like...somehow Dann was able to help us sort that all out and end up in the perfect area and in a fantastic home. We ended up building and were able to accomplish getting the perfect home for our family.

Dann listened to our basic needs and wants as well as our individual want lists. He did his "homework" and found homes that met as many of our requests as possible. Dann was able to help us narrow our wide span of ideas into realities and come to an agreement of what we wanted.

Dann was also a huge asset in working directly with us and our builder. It was very comforting to know that we had someone representing us and making sure that we were being taken care of as best as possible. Having Dann as a part of our build absolutely made it a much smoother process. We had a couple issues come up during the build that potentially could have become problematic and Dann was able to help with resolving them very quickly.
