We would like to be clear with the offering and make sure you understand that the buyer’s agent/broker is commonly compensated by the seller. The typical compensation to a buyer’s agent/broker is between 2.5%-3% for the area. Whatever payout is selected would be paid in addition to the $6000 flat fee for listing the property.
